We collect information you provide when applying to our affiliate program: name, email address, company name, phone number, and website. We also collect payout banking information processed through Stripe.
We use your information to manage your affiliate account, calculate and pay commissions, send renewal notifications, and communicate program updates.
Contacts and notes you enter in your affiliate dashboard are private to your account. Platform administrators may access this data solely for technical maintenance and dispute resolution purposes. This data will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties.
Customers referred through your affiliate links are customers of Commissions.quest and its affiliated products at all times. Upon termination of your affiliate account, referred customer data remains with the platform. You may not retain or use referred customer data outside of the affiliate program.
Payouts are processed through Stripe. Banking information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Commission records and payout history are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Upon voluntary account termination, your CRM data may be exported within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
